Strategic Assessment

Waypoint’s 6-step process has been described by our clients as “enlightening”, “transformational”, and “game-changing”:

  1. We help you reconfirm or recast a concise and exciting mission.
  2. We review external information to understand how your competitors differentiate themselves.
  3. We define 20 to 30 key success factors (KSF’s) that are, or could be, differentiators for your organization.
  4. We survey a cross-section of your people for their insights on various attributes relative to the KSF’s.
  5. We prepare a heads-up display (HUD) report showing your organization’s strengths and weaknesses, and pointing directly to the issues on which you must focus.
  6. We produce regional or branch reports to identify best practices that you can leverage elsewhere.
